Se pretende realizar una obra que habilite este edificio hist\u00f3rico declarado Bien de Inter\u00e9s Cultural para posibilitar y promover el acceso a su interior y su apertura al p\u00fablico.<br \/>La relaci\u00f3n entre su alto valor patrimonial y su uso meramente ornamental lo cataloga como un recurso infrautilizado dentro del patrimonio sociocultural de Estepona. Su habilitaci\u00f3n tiene como objeto darle un uso coherente y adecuado a su valor.
